10% seems VERY high to me.

Im unsure if he put any down.Its listed for 279,000. bt he has a realtorso I figure he was just trying to get his realtor fees & just wants to break even at this point.He showed the house to me , so no realtor involvement.He said his payment was almost 2500.

Property guys said they would look into it and get back to me, but they never did.

It appears to me that this will cause the banks to limit the losses they are taking on short sales, so that it will be much harder to get good deals on them.

Unacceptably slow.That, and the postcard I got, along with the 3 that were returned to me undeliverable, ALL had ink splotches on them.Very poor quality, IMO.

With many clients I go into detail about the lender's par rate to me as a broker versus a "marked up" rate.Sometimes I know I've lost them when I start mentioning pricing adjustments and factors that affect their rate/cost.
