I think they actually meant ESA instead of service animal.Anyway, I spoke with my insurance broker who gave me the list of prohibited dogs (and I know, you can't discriminate for breed for service or ESA dogs) but he pretty much told me that I would not be able to get coverage for those breeds which should qualify as an undue burden ???

You said it first in your title and again later, but it sounds like the question you meant to ask is how to split equity with anyone (and you did receive your answer).

This was something opted for the FHA (the plan will be to try to do a portfolio 1031 in about two years to up the units in my portfolio) which meant the cash out had to align with what I wanted.
