Drug possession and suspect in a homicide indicates they're walking the wrong path and I wouldn't touch them.

I suspect if you call 10 random, smaller banks (i.e., not Chase, WF, etc.) you might find one who would be willing to do investor real estate loans.

I suspect the difference is now a bit less then 2x, but even if it is a 2x market differential, that seems nuts to me.

I think that's a pretty pessimistic view of this.. they did a lot of first position lending.. not all the loans are bad or going to go bad.and not every sponsors equity project is bad or underwater.. but like any lender on the planet all of these platforms have had their bad loans or bad projects.. but they are stand alone.I suspect your investments are with specific deals.. not in a big Pool .. ???
