I have been watching some of Grant Cardone's videos on YouTube and he always suggests going big. 

The county value is under 50k for each (And I assume if I was to get an appraisal it would be close to the counties value) I would like to pull cash out of these properties to reinvest in more multifamily units using the BRRR strategy any suggestions on financing options or lending institutions will be greatly appreciated!

I use a vendor (similar to List Source) that pulls from public record or whichever other avenue I used to pull the information from,  like someone above suggested. 

Looking for suggestions on where/how to invest our money...we are open to all ideas.

I would never suggest anyone to do wholesaling personally but thats just me

Initial cap rate looks good but I'd suggest making any offer subject to verification of rent (audit) and interior walk through - pretty standard.

You could sell the land.Hopefully you are seeing the challenges here now, so I will suggest one last option -- give the land back to the previous owner so you can stop making payments.Good luck
