Granted, you can't go wrong surfing these boards while learning from some very successful individuals of course.

@Mike Hinton is there a realtor you can recommend that you have had success with?

The other feature runs both text and audio at the same time -- this is super excellent for customers who might want to read, but find it difficult and appreciate hearing and reading at the same time (and we know a LOT of successful business people are dyslexic as all get out).  

I want to make sure I steer him in the right direction and help set him up for success.

Of course finding the right team to work with his critical and nothing is more important than the PM for long term success of the investment.

As seen in the comments above, the confrontation on this issue isn't always pleasant, but it is not impossible to have a successful transition. 

There are just too many people out there successfully investing in real estate for that to be true. 

I have one in Aurora and I have it on Airbnb and it's been pretty successful.
