The laws in CO do state that stuff like replacing a hot water heater must be done by a licensed plumber (ignore that the link is from Arvada, it's a State law - CO Plumbing Board Memo.

Along with an engineering firm at the ready, of whom helped me with the conceptual design.All of the business stuff, RE stuff, Government stuff has all been a "learn as I go" thing.

A lot of this stuff is a completely new concept, so my brain was hurting after a few classes (I took my classes on the weekends, 9-5 so it was a long day).

It sounds like I need to talk more in depth with the seller and see what questions arrive during that process too.

You can cut that stuff with a hacksaw at an angle, but I've had much better luck doing it with some precision with again, a bimetal blade on an oscillating tool.
