It’s a real struggle here on the west coast.

I've always struggled with delegating, from tasks at home to ones in my other businesses.

I'm seeing a lot of Landlords struggle because they let their tenant get way below market and now they can't increase more than 3% or 5% per year, which means they'll never catch up as long as that tenant stays.The market is hot and you should have no problem finding a new renter.

Figuring out the source of my numbers is my current struggle.

One thing is for sure, most "regular" people, (the non-investor type) are struggling.

Where I have some heartburn is by competing with several others who offered, the property's price per square foot was $145 and there were offers received from out of state investors I really had to struggle to compete with.
