Rates look to be trending down and should stay that way for a while.I would use this as an opportunity to make that equity work in your favor.

I was under the impression it would go on a Schedule C as it's an Air B&B as the average stay is well under 7 days and I have actively participated well over 100 hours (we handle all the bookings, we do all the maintenance ourselves, etc...), which is more than anyone else.

I’m looking for some guidance in my area on purchasing tax deeds and how to go about obtaining a tax deed auction list I called the county and city hall and everyone is telling me that they don’t sell tax deeds if you pay off the deed it stays in the original owner name if he alive or dead and even if he owes taxes so I’m lost here on even getting started please help or we can even partner up

You will learn more by doing a deal and pay less for the knowledge.
