Robert D. Tenant moving but no last month paid

It's just like a child as once they know you can be manipulated then you will be used and abused. With a house you generally don't have to worry about this issue but in an apartment building tenants talk together about the landlord. They usually blab whatever arrangement the landlord gave them.Works the same way with if you evict word will travel fast.I am getting people out my building right now.I am not messing around.I don't accept partial payments.I would rather get them out and get someone else in.I find many tenants lie about the cash they have.Once they see I will evict they call and come up with the cash.
