Based on what you're describing, I think your going-in criteria is definitely something that is strong *however* your goals may not match what current market reality is.When you say $3200/month payment - do you mean $3200/month before or after accounting for potential future rental income from your tenants in the other units? 

If you are ready for a C corp, you should reach out to an accountant to take care of this for you.

You’re going to need an account with $500k sitting in it to pay them off if the house is destroyed.

These same owners get mad when we do not start the project at risk and get mad at us instead of themselves.For internal teams, it would be that there is always so much stuff going on and frequently no person is able to be made accountable for the work that is or is not completed.
