It's a great way to keep each other accountable and discuss real estate with people of the same experience level and goals.Some other people have shifted their real estate strategies and have found other forums or websites more beneficial for their real estate niche.

This shifts maybe to a certainty.

Don't get me wrong, there are tremendous tax benefits when building a large portfolio - and I still own some residential rental property - but I quickly shifted to commercial real estate and put the precedence on being more passive.

You are hoping for a needle in a haystack most likely and then trying to shift the blame to the agent not the market.

I use Affinity as well on a month to month basis, and it has been quick and easy to shift from vacant to rehab to occupied.

What you find is that if you shift the math more towards cash flow it does not even come close to making up what you'd lose on the equity side.

Depending on where you are in SWFL the market is shifting drastically.
