Special-purpose single-member LLC is used as an investment vehicle, you can open brokerage account for the LLC at any brokerage of your choice, then when the opportunity presents itself sell the stocks and buy piece or property or any other investment. 

Delta's warranty is not as long, but most big-box and hardware stores carry replacement parts for them - sometimes you even have the choice of a genuine Delta part or a cheaper knockoff.If the faucet itself is OK, and just the handles are messed up, you should be able to find some "generic" replacement handles at the big-box store or hardware store.  

Not sure what you choices are.. but Alaska airline rewards never expire.. as long as you remain active once in a 36 month period.. you could not pay me to fly southwest  LOL.. they don't partner with anyone.. and in my mind you only get travel rewards if your going to use them for vacations.. to awesome destinations not to save 125 bucks on southwest.. but that's just my thoughts on it as a mileage junkie.. 

To be honest, this is a such a hard choice for me because I've been hearing great things about Indianapolis, Memphis, and Des Moines.
