The one small thing I would do if it were mine would be to rename the 'need help selling' in the top menu to 'Sell your home fast' which emphasizes what you do and matches the verbage used in the bottom of the page.Also, have you considered using a form?

What really makes me laugh are those that are truly scraping the bottom of the barrel, claiming to have 40 or so wholesale deals on their list weekly, blasting out addresses of MLS listed properties.

There are some realtors that are more investor friendly than others for sure, but one thing to keep in mind is that a realtor makes their money as a percentage of purchase price, so just speaking logically they're not going to be the one that's getting you the absolute rock bottom price.
