There's bit discrepancy due to wage hours but it's managable.

The first order of business when you acquire a property is evaluating RISK MANAGEMENT of your property.  

Supposedly first of it's kind in the Miami market that is centrally managed & has a partnership with AirBnB for super host status from what they say. 

You can keep trying to market it by yourself, or if you are willing to pay someone to manage the property full-time or even have a property management company get you some tenants and you take it over from there, it just depends on your time and money and what you value you more.

Area has mix of older retail strips, motels, banks, gas stations, some QSR, a few independent restaurants, services (barber shops, etc.), and retail, warehouses, factories, and a business incubator for entrepreneurs. 

I have a rental property in Portland with a finished basement - I managed the remodel myself, everything is up to code, and it was completed in May 2022. 

Plus I network a lot with people and hear how things work for them.Anything deal with managing, either flips/rehabs or properties would be great too.Maybe an AP/AR Position for an investor, an entry level management position, PM assistant.
