@Julio R Gonzalez that depends who you ask...As wholesaling is referred to most of the time, it means put a house under contract and assign your position in that contract to another investor.

Curious if anyone in NJ has gone through the same thing and can refer an attorney who's knowledgeable in grandfathered homes built in the 20's-50's so that the city can get off my back.

Some inspectors also do termite inspections and there should be a sticker to note the inspection, or in some cases they hire a 3rd party termite inspection and that person might could refer you back to the home inspector that contracted them to do it for them.
