That is not public information or something that can be found at the county.

May or not be better, but it's about perception.

Public accommodations, stores, hotels and the like are the ones who are the target.

These blogs is written for the state of California if you don’t at least have a basic understanding of the real estate principals and real estate financing applicable to your state, I suggest you go to your public library, book store, amazon.com, whatever and get a copy of the real estate principals, financing and laws that apply to your state.

From there, an online search of the auditor's/tax assessor's site yields loads of property information including the owner's name and often a current address.In most big counties, the clerk of courts has public records online.

From my time working with the public my experience is 90% or so of people do right, all the time, without any prompting.

In MA you cannot discriminate based on a prospect being a public assistance recipient.  

Bill Gulley refers to them as a public nuisance.
