You may think finding a deal is worth 50%, I disagree, I can get a Realtor to find deals for 6% all day long.I can also get a CG, with experience and a good track record to do the construction at 15-20% over materials and labor.

Perhaps subconsciously, a customer feels that if you are willing to take less from them then you are willing to promote them taking less from the buyer.
