- How quickly can I get through underwriting, from start to finish?

I know there is normally a seasoning period for the original property but from what I've read it seems like your original intention is what really matters.I had no intention of selling, but I also didn't know I might make a quick 30k.

Large land plots are selling quickly and for good money.Then I occasionally run across houses with large land plots, which are going for less than the value of the land alone. 

Are you okay with that money being tied down for a while or do you need a quick turn around?

You may not want to evict so quickly and you'll want to do as much due diligence as possible before just buying at auction.

I actually predict a influx of rentals of the sell market next year, when the new landlords of the current and past couple years realize the promised cash flow is nowhere near expectations, their property taxes have increased 30-50%, and they actually have to put money in every year.
