My fear is that I end up mailing the addresses listed for the owners on the violations list and then have a bunch of returned postcards.Does anyone know what would be more accurate for the real owner address, bcad.org or what is listed on the violations list?

Ask friends to act as hard money lenders for all $50K (they take 1st lein)...with my cash still in the bank as a backup3. crawl into a ball and not act due to crippling overanalysis/fear....not an optionI am more comfortable with option 1.

My fear in regards to this is it would be extremely hard to say rent out as a long term rental and still maintain any kind of cash flow if the vacation rental side is not as strong as you think.
