I have spoken to @Jerry Padilla a bunch of times through BP and he seems to have a lot of business through online lending since that seems to be very prevalent as you stated above.

It's important to me to give all clients the same attention, whether they are purchasing a small residential property or a $500,000,000 commercial portfolio, and the time commitment to properly address personal home purchaser's or seller's needs just doesn't allow me to do that, so I'd rather not take them at all.

In short, we were doing weekend rentals throughout the summer, but couldn't really get anyone to commit to a week at a time (which is what we really needed to get the numbers to work).
