I am a fan of the BP podcast and contribute a lot of my interest in the real estate world to that podcast.I am currently under contract with my first investment property and it is beyond exciting as well as a little nerve racking. 

Ohh P.S. for anyone looking into E&P companies, I would highly recommend checking the hedging positions and balance sheet of any US shale player before buying at these lows.

Buyer ddoesn't seem excited about closingRealtor/attorney for whatever reason don't seem excited. 

I’ve actually done a few of the webinars and 2 unofficial meet ups but it m excited to get to try the other 3.

It seems like a small community and I certainly want to learn as much as possible, get the experienced necessary to be a good steward of other's money and be a real player in the space.
