It depends from who you want to learn, his personality and the way it has been taught wasn't really appealing to me

If I were you I'd try to call around the zoning board or some city board and try to appeal that claim.

In Fall'19 I filed an appeal of my 2019 taxes.

My lot is lot 21 and neighboring lot that is obstructing our curb appeal is lot 20.

The idea of being able to leverage my money >6.5 times using a 15% downpayment to buy single-family properties sounds like an appealing method to grow long-term wealth and supplement to my MFR portfolio.Finding a 1% property seems difficult in the several markets I have recently been analyzing. 

This is the lot map of my new house(lot 21) that is getting constructed in cul-de-sac. We learnt our neighbors house(lot 20) is not facing into cul-de-sac, but into the other street. And their fence is along the green...

Doing so would make the houses look more uniform and give it some more curb appeal.

I would recommend doing STR and appealing to the travel nurse crowd.

And I agree that knocking on their door is the best option if you're trying to appeal to their emotion, second calling, and then a letter.

I’m a bit wary of taking on more debt at this stage of my life, but do like the idea of not leaving thousands on the table - the second option is appealing in it’s simplicity and keeping on Uncle Sam’s good side.Thoughts/insight?
