Outside my day job I also teach an architecture class in the evenings at a local college which is a huge passion of mine.

One strategy that i am a fan off is to have others pay down your debts.

We are removing baseboard heaters and replacing them with energy efficient wall fan heaters made by Cadet (made in USA). 

This year, we no longer qualify for free Obamacare, which we were huge fans of back when we were ignorant about money.

I am a genuine and passionate person who will do whatever possible to fulfill my obligations to investors and lenders.  

I went to Madison REIA for the first time last night and I'm a bigger fan of it due to it's structure around the meetings.

Although the JOB has been very good to me the last 8 years I can't shake the passion for real estate, both rehabbbing and buy and hold for passive income.

I help many of my clients with their investment properties, and watching them grow their wealth has inspired me to do the same.I am a big fan of learning, and am always listening to podcasts and audiobooks about various topics.
