The pest control will not matter if the tenant is not clean.The animals will eat the food,grease,trash instead of the poison.If there is nothing to eat they will ingest the poison and start to stay away.If you have a connected unit you do not own the problem could reside with those people and not your tenant.

Never really thought about the distribution aspect as I am focused simply on my goal; it leaves me food for thought.

I'll give you all a true story...YEARS ago...I got a call from my guy in Dallas saying to expect a call from this attorney that called him asking for our address...he asked what she was trying to send...she kept saying..it's an important package and I just need your address!!
