Some associations really frown on it.Good for some seasonal, corporate, and project workers (traveling nurses, oil and gas executives, highway project engineers, etc)...One thing I did with a similar sized condo with some luck was the partially furnished strategy.

If you deduct actual expenses, you can deduct the cost of the following items: Depreciation Lease payments, Registration, Garage rent, Licenses, Repairs, Gas, Oil, Tires, Insurance, Parking fees, Tolls etc If you use your vehicle for both business and personal purposes, you must divide your expenses between business and personal use.
