The response I've gotten is that they are restricted by fair housing and have to treat people the same (or something like that).I just searched for "adverse action notices" and no we are not receiving them.

The worst thing you can do is do nothing.People have odd priorities, they buy cars for cash (a depreciating asset), and buy an appreciating asset with a loan (which has an interest rate).
