I compile and send out a report weekly of foreclosures that are coming up along the Wasatch front but to buy those you need the cash. 

In this case, you're literally asking a bank to investigate you and likely report you, as they likely will not be happy with your scheme to defraud them. 

I have found, police reports, code enforcement issues, once I found a rent roll!!

The good news is the more you do it, the better the terms with your HML will get.
