HI, I am looking to partner/network/learn with land developers and builders in Atlanta Metro area.

I am excited to network and meet wholesalers from the area, if anyone may want to JV on some deals or just share knowledge and property feel free to reach out.

However, we remain open to exploring various investment strategies and opportunities that align with my long-term goals.

Other than speaking to locals, I cannot think of stuff that can be done in person and not online (schools, crime rate, employment opportunities, etc.)However, I am still a novice in all of this and was hoping to hear from those who have been there, done that. 

I feel like this platform is a great place to network and I would love to get different perspectives, find potential lenders, and even build a team. 

I had the opportunity to take a close look at a lot of the new and newer construction in the Monclova area, near the Fallen Timbers Mall.

The good news is that you have a lot of room for growth once you figure things out.I would consider joining NARPM and networking with other managers in your area.

There is always opportunity but make sure you know your market and know what is happening in it before committing to a marketing budget built for 2021. 

Searching for local meetings and networking opportunities is essential in this industry.
