So we are ready for moving on to our third house hack and our goal is to be moved into another nearby property in Colorado Springs (either 80903, 80904, or 80909) and replicating what we've done.Here's where we are running into some speed bumps.

They go under the nearby Center St crossing, not across it, so there shouldn't be a horn blowing, but you will probably hear some noise from the trains.Otherwise, it's close to the center of town, so easy access to shopping, highways, etc.  

We have a few properties in near by Longview and we're considering extending into Gladewater and Kilgore texas as well.

I can guess the area you're in, and we manage a property nearby that has seen graffiti for the first time in recent months (although no break-ins).  

I don’t expect much appreciation in my area because of the abundant nearby new condo construction.

Are you clear on your investing criteria (or you attention gets distracted by anything that flies nearby and has "real estate investing" attached to it)?

I am planning to possibly go work one on one with the HR department of the hospitals near by and drop the furnish finders fee.
