But you never know how motivated someone really is until they get an offer.The only way this would work is to send out many offers a day on properties your buyers would buy, and just low ball & hope you get a bite every now and then.

I can think of various of ways to put a warm body in a house with $3K, doesn't mean they all will own a home.You said you have "clients" in RE a client on the buyer's side is one who is 1. motivated to buy, 2. qualified to buy, and 3. has the ability to buy.
