You could not finance something like that, but if you find a way to do a deal with someone who is giving you some money and you offer value in sweat equity, you have an entry.You can provide value by joining a flipper and learn what they do, especially if you can adjust your work hours at least partially to early morning, later afternoon, etc.

I absolutely agree, there is a unique opportunity here and we are anxious to see how this can pan out on a larger scale in other states/markets as well
