You need to decide what criteria works for you and your situation- in my mind, that is the most critical factor for success.

That's great you have a brokerage in mind as well you want to work for. 

A good agent that has your best interests in mind is key. 

Should I trust that he has my best interest in mind, or should I be asking for more money or asking more questions since he already has connections with the developer?
