I have studied all of the different real estate investing strategies and valuation methods and feel very confident with my number skills, but struggle immensely with narrowing down markets and the strategy that i should choose.

When it comes to finding properties, it may help to try an alternative method.

You will likely need to build up the cash (such as flipping homes or doing the BRRRR method to increase in quantity of units so in the long run you will get what you want).
