If I remember correctly, everything lower in status (recorded after) the foreclosing entity, gets wiped out. (3rd, HELOC, contractor liens) it all depends on the order they were recorded and of course there are IRS liens, employment security liens & DSHS liens, etc have to be identified and considered.
