I have talked to a few real estate agents in the Colorado Springs area but most contacts aren’t really knowledgeable or willing to take on a mentorship role or helping others.

Of course I'm going to clean it up really good and fix the major things before they start the move in process.

I'm going to guess that it is all Park Owned homes though unless this is in a major city with $600+ lot rents.

Different skills for different roles.

I saw a property, town home 3br 1.5 ba in Suffolk, VA, keep in mind I live in Northern VA.Want to know what you’re strategy would be for such a property:Foreclosure Sale price 30kNeeds cosmetic work, kitchen bathrooms, paint, carpets a little landscaping etc.Property is valued between 85-105kIn my opinion (a very inexperienced one) sounds okay, thats if there isn’t any other major issues in the property.

Hi Jeff,I appreciate that insight - its a good one, but my day job takes the vast majority of my work week and I am not sure of a good way to maximize my efficiency vetting the people for that process. 

All of this provides the public with more protection against major theft or loss of funds.

Also, I’ve always used one major bank for all my real estate transactions because they’ve consistently had better rates than others but this was for primary/secondary homes – are there Banks out there that are known for lower rates for investment properties?

Not sure if you have considered it but we are experiencing a major growth all over Texas but more specifically within the Texas Triangle: Dallas-Ft Worth on the north side, San Antonio on the lower west side with Austin-San Marcos-Round Rock in the middle and Houston on the east side. 

He will likely be challenged to take on more of a development role on the next project(s).
