Hello BP,I am finishing my basement for personal use (no tenants) and just realized that the sewage outlet (going from the house to the street) is almost 4 feet above the basement floor level.

Has anyone used a third party billing service to bill tenants in a building that is sub metered?  

When I got my property I had some support from my parents in financing, and we got some really good professional help, but with our current financial issues, that level of professional help is well beyond reach.

It doesn't account for national-level issues, such as the bubble and resulting crash back on 06/07 where unemployment spiked.
