@Nancy Bachety, If the LLC is a regarded entity that is true. 

I also use a lady in Texas who gets us fast same day quotes and is ultra responsive, and her quotes are very reasonable.

I am not sure if I can help this young lady but she has a Luxury home in North Carolina.

If it goes to the bank it will probably wind up sitting and then who knows if it will get vandalized or whatnot.b) The owner is a really nice lady.
