Hello Bigger pockets community, I'm looking to get started in real estate investing, I'm currently in CO but moving back to my home state NH at the end of February.

Hello BP,I would like some advice on my current situation:I purchased a Co-op apt in Queens NYC over a year ago.

I would stay the course with college, maybe tweak your classes some to involve studies towards the real estate end of it and work with a real estate Mentor, Bank, real estate Co., etc.

My markets of focus are Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, Colorado, Georgia, Tennessee, north and South Carolina.

If rent is due on the first, CO law allows them until today to pay, so tomorrow is when you can post the notice. 

I have also represented my daughter through her purchase of a HUD home where we also co-signed the loan for her.So, I don't know who is telling you that it isn't allowed. 

In both cases my title co was able to chase it down and get the parcels included- however neither were through Hud- they just had old title work that was sloppy and needed cleaned up.
