I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or loose money in any market.

Roofstock uses the phrase turnkey, but there is a difference between turnkey and full-service turnkey.

However, I definitely see how others could do things differently and using that phrase could be misleading for sure.  

That podcast said the key word-“sister” which why they were able to do it.

Another tip I’m not sure if someone mentioned but you’ll hear on the podcasts is to set up keywords.
