If you say how does it work do you want me to say turn the key and then the wheels move and it goes or do you really want to know how the key sends an electronic pulse to a computer that then sends another to other parts of the engine and then through combustion and yada yada...So ask a direct question that can be answered.

There's a similar question elsewhere on this board about whether siding will add to the appraisalvalue and the answer is: No.But it can definitely add to curb appeal.

The key is to have a great team that you trust managing the property while you are away.

Finding one's niche is the key.

I will say this pretty much across the board LLC fit the bill to hold property.

The Lancaster Manila Condominium Associations are incorporated and registered with the Housing & Land Use Regulatory Board ….Each individual unit [as well as all the "Common Areas"] in the building are covered by, and owners will be issued a full Condominium Certificate of Title [CCT] representing their ownership in fee simple of the Condominium Unit.

Then wait 6 months and slowly you will be slammed with junk mail. ( because every credit card company loves to grab your attention).The key is to get 1-2 credit cards visa/mc and an amex.This has worked for me being a college kid!
