I have a question for all the FHA Expert lenders out there..My second (freelance) job takes me out of state occasionally.

My day job is to manage the engineering operations at a large technology company.

If that interests you it might be a good place to start, as there have been a ton of nice multi-family properties built in the last few years.  

Panama City Beach is only really nice on the west end, a near hour drive from Tyndall AFB.

I didn't know how nice downtown Geneva was until a couple weeks ago while I was on my way to Batavia to pick up a packet for their triathlon.

She even quit her full time job to pursue real estate full time, which has become a large challenge for us living on one income, and me being a senior airman.

I found a good real estate agent that is really good at his job and he too is a real estate investor so I'm going to keep my head up and press on until my first deal comes through then i will feel good knowing i can do this!

At 80% LTV, this would give me a loan of $68k, enough to pay back the Home Equity Loan and essentially acquiring the property with only $2000 (Plus holding costs of Home Equiity Loan + extra interest to money partner). 85% LTV would be really nice as it would give me more wiggle room with extra unforeseen expenses/costs and perhaps need no money out of pocket.  

It needs a lot of work and I just would like to reach out to my new founded family for the best approach to make sure I don't estimate to much or to little on this job.
