I have seen new houses torn apart to sell the copper for booze, and the trim torn off to burn in a wood stove.

@Jim Moody, @Fawaz Alkhaleefah, @Adam A.Hi guys I was wondering if I should consider properties that are rented in 43607 as a prospective purchase also my properties are built before 1978 so if i buy them will my rentals will get abated...I am not local to Toledo and landed on this post while searching here on BP and need honest opinion, also have been hunting for good property management that doesn't burn out of state investors.. 

Sadly I have heard of investors actually buying these worthless seconds before wondering why the house was so cheap only to get burned badly on the deal.

I just got burned by turn key company in Birmingham, AL and desire not to repeat the mistake.

I'm about to go into my first online auction- here are my burning questions: - when you're attending an in-person auction, you see what a tax lien ends up selling for, can you see this with online sales when the auction is over?

Morris was not going to come to him.if people can't see through this smoke and mirrors then frankly they deserve to get burned like this.. this is not rocket science so much is out there to do help with due diligence.. why people think that a guy just because he has a big pod cast is some expert.. its that whole rich dad BS  people for some reason think all I have to do is buy rentals and I will be financially free.. not knowing that this is a business and it takes time effort to do right and there is significant risk if done wrong or get hooked up with guys that were flat greedy...
