These new profiles will replace the current company system with more robust profiles that are interactive, and which do not require approval from our admins/mods.That said, there are a few important things I want to bring up:1 - We're looking for beta testers for the new companies system.

I've considered the LLC thing myself but afaict to be effective it seems to mean:1)   you cannot do any work on the property yourself nor interact with the tenants yourself (showing, leasing, etc).2)   you must hold periodic,   and regular "board" meetings  (you, your banker, accountant, laywer, etc) and keep appropriate records.  

I am looking to start out in real estate investing and am excited to join the community and interact with other members.

However, reasonable accommodation can include a higher insurance rate.I am not saying I agree with it, but I am telling you that if you pass along an overage expense to a protected class, that will scream discrimination to a judge, regardless of your intent.If your "protected class" member got a BS letter from some doctor on the internet whose entire interaction with his/her patient was via an online questionnaire I think that would be a trial worth attending.

@Ndy Onyido frankly I expected quite a few more posts with your point of view.One thing that gets lost in all of this is the personal interaction.. the inflections the enthusiasm that comes with belly to belly and or at least over the phone..I have to hand it to anyone who could learn this business by just reading on the internet I know I could NOT ..
