Many of the houses there have 10-14 rooms rented, it can be a bit of a headache when you are worried about a disgruntled tenant calling in the city inspectors, not to mention that insurance may not cover you if there is a fire.Lots of other places to invest in southern ontario that cash flow.

As both an investor and a licensed electrician I get both sides of the struggle as far as "I want it done as fast and as cheap as possible" and also "It needs to be done right".I would probably expect to spend somewhere around $5,500.00 give or take depending on how your local inspectors are.

We were told by the inspector that it was a moisture issue but we put in insulation and moisture barrier and a dehumidifier after closing and still the hump remains.
