I've lived here for a long time so I know my way around and I can provide an opinion, however I'd like be able to provide some objective third party data that assesses/rates or compares the neighborhoods in the Twin Cities and surrounding area to assist in their search. 

I want around $300,000 in my Individual Brokerage and around $400,000 in my Roth IRA.

2) When opening the business credit card, they require an individual's name - you cannot simply use the LLC. 

This individual has offered a $50k down payment and I hold the note for the remaining balance of $55k at 7%.

BP Team, Seems like there is a lot of interest in other posts regarding whether it is necessary/wise to have an holding LLC in addition to individual LLCs that own property.
