Perhaps  I will make it available someday for review by a select few so that they may incorporate some of the layout, ideas, and features needed to get a bigger deal consummated.

I'm very new to the investing scene and trying to educate myself before jumping on my first property.

At this stage I'm just gathering information and trying to get educated about real estate investing to see if it's a good fit for me and my financial goals.

Get educated first.

At the moment I'm in the process of educating myself before I begin Investing which will be either by November or December 2015.I'm going out of town to Vegas for about a week to learn from my Uncle who owns his own construction company.

I was thinking fix and flip for cash in some of our more up and coming neighborhoods until I started to learn about private money, and am now contemplating whether or not I should consider rentals instead, or at least at first while I continue to educate myself about the much lower end design than I'm used to that is obviously needed to make a profit in this market.

I'm a member of the major real estate investing clubs in Houston and I've spent plenty of money on my license and education for my business, not to mention seminars.
