Ignorance of these rules will not be a viable defense in the event you are ticketed or fined for breaking the rules. 

They may be ignorant to the fact of the matter and the contractor or whoever could have just did that for some easy money.

There is still a lot of low cost housing that meets the cash flow rules that i set.I am focusing on single family because a lot of investors are so focused on multifamily and are ignoring good deals.

But by ignoring the other platforms, is to give up on a prime demographic of 20-30 year olds that are most likely seeking a new home.

That is far too much value to be ignoring.
