If it is just standard water heaters and hvac those aren't even that big.My suggestion.Network better with people and negotiate like a boss to get better deals on the installation of HVAC and hot water tanks.

The market seems to REALLY get hot between the May-August months.

Crazy hot markets like Dallas are going to have really short time periods. 

It seems obvious that there will be at least some good deals like you've found everywhere, even in hot markets, and especially for people intimately familiar with the market.But here's a question I would pose.
