I have the leads hot and ready and was ready to shoot them an LOI tonight but @Brian Gibbons says I need more information first so I will be calling them for more information about the property as far as legalities and fill the information on the form for Brian.2 in SoCal, 1 in AZ

Sure we just had 2 done recentley.It was $1800 for one (it already had a condenser and it needed to be replaced)And $2100 for the other ( new install- the house never had Central Air)I know we get pretty good pricing because we do a fair amount of volume with them, but give them a call- I'm sure you can work something out.Mike

Young people consume lots of hot water.We have a 5-bdrm student house which has undergone a significant energy efficiency retrofit ... but ~50% of the monthly electrical consumption is hot water.

Right now Austin is a little too hot for my pocketbook so I'm looking into other markets including DFW, Memphis, pretty much any major city in Ohio (Columbus, Cleveland etc), and after listening to a podcast with Dawn Anastasia, Milwaukee.
