HI Everyone,I purchased my 3rd SFR last June, and it's finally ready for market.

I hear nothing and finally decide on the 13th to list it and put a sign on the yard. 

In fact, rates did drop from 1990 to 1993, where it was around 7.5% (from10% in 1990) when I finally refi'd, so I felt I did the right thing.
